Not sure I could be more underwhelmed... this guy is the 14th rated DT in my draft guide
6'5 310 - an athlete with a basketball background, Jones has wide shoulders, long arms and little fat on his frame. Although he is a fluid mover with power, he is raw, failing to use his hands effectively and often playing too high. He is a boom or bust prospect who needs a good position coach
Not the least bit excited about this guy, no way is he ready to make a difference in 2016

that's cool. I hope so - I felt like cheering seeing him getting fired up - Got some rallying skills already. I think he even got the crowd into it. [Reply]
What is everyone's obsession with bringing in starters?
You need more than 3 guys on a DL. Especially a DL that has a NT that plays 2000% of our snaps. He'll get plenty of snaps. According to PFF he took 609 snaps over the guard, 68 snaps as nose tackle and 83 snaps as an edge-rusher. Yup, sounds a lot like DeVito but better suited for NT. Sounds like exactly what Sutton looks for. If they can motivate the kid, this is an excellent pick. [Reply]
There are a shit ton of pass rushing OLBer's in the NFL that didn't hit their stride until the 3rd or 4th season.
James Harrison (practice squad after practice squad), Larry Hughes, etc. and so on.
More drivel from an emotional twat.
gonna be bumping the hell out of this thread when Nelson is giving up TD after TD when Gaines goes down and ford is still sitting on the bench or running the wrong way... [Reply]
I'm not pissed. Not really excited either. If this guy can quit being a lazy motherfucker on 50% of his snaps, he could be on a JJ Watt type of level. Let's hope the Chiefs get the upside instead of the lazy. [Reply]
