With the release of Simmons, he's probably the best player on their team. Compared to other guys at his position, I'd say Meinerz is for sure their most highly rated player on offense.
Even if Denver is right and they do finally have a franchise QB again it isn't going to matter. He's not the best franchise QB to ever play so it's going to be a very rare day when he actually beats the guy that is.
And it sure won't be in the playoffs.
In fact, it's likely that KC wins two more super bowls before Denver gets another token playoff victory.
