That said, Detroit is on absolute fire right now and I have a hard time believing they can keep this up. It’s the NFL. We’ve seen a lot of teams blow out bad teams just to have that regular season success not translate in the postseason.
Teams like Buffalo, Baltimore, and Miami will look unstoppable one week then look lost later.
I don't think a complete lack of adversity helps either. And there's nothing the Lions can do about that... it's not like they should play like shit just to see if they can pull games out of their ass, it's just how the NFL has been for 20+ years.
And their HC seems like he's kind of a dumbass, so how many times is he going to get a chance to not be a dumbass in close pressure games before he has to not be a dumbass in the playoffs. [Reply]
