It wasn't quite as bad as I thought it would be. It helped being able to hold her. Now I just have to go upstairs and get her stuff out of my room. I'm having her cremated. RIP Fat Cat.

I'm really really sorry to hear this. I lost my good pal Mr. Kitty to the same thing. I know how it feels. Hang in there. I hope once the pain passes, you'll think about giving another kitty a good home. There's so many out there that need a human friend. [Reply]
I'm bummed. I don't think I realized just how much that cat helped me get through. She was also my cuddle buddy. She's also the first pet that I've personally had to make the decision to put down. Tough Monday. [Reply]

Mourn for a couple of weeks, and then get yourself a new kitten. New Kitten won't be Fat Cat, but New Kitten will make you feel better. [Reply]
we are going to get a new baby. A companion for Angus (in avatar pic) We aren't planning to breed, but we might have a litter to see what they might look like
This was my pal Mr. Kitty that I lost to liver disease. When we first got him, the vet told me he probably had six months to a year. We had him for just over six years. I still miss him a lot. He's buried under his favorite tulip tree in the back yard. He was a great cat.

Not gonna happen. At least not for a while. Dad's cat has adopted me for now. [Reply]
