We know. We won the SB with one. You know what’s better than a franchise QB on a rookie contract? A generational QB who single handedly prevented every other franchise QB on a rookie salary from winning a SB. [Reply]

What’s even wilder is that his rookie contract QB will make no difference because he plays in the same division as the greatest QB of this generation.
Mahomes has as many rings since 2018 as every other starting QB……combined.
By my count we have:
Stafford - 1
Wilson - 1
Rodgers - 1
That’s it. Mahomes, even while taking up the most cap space % of any QB ever, still is more dominant than anyone else and he’s just now hitting his prime. But at least the Broncos can boast a 2nd-3rd round QB they drafted at 12 being on a rookie deal. Now Knowmo can replace his QB of the moment fathead with a new one of Nix while KC continues to dominate. [Reply]
You're paying Russ 45 million to rot in Pittsburgh :-) PLUS more big money NEXT year. KC has the best roster in the NFL, the best QB to play the game and is STILL better cap shape than Denver the next 2 years [Reply]
PFF seems to think that Denver had a better roster than KC did last year.
