Williams is the only QB I’m worried about. Maybe Rattler, but that’ll probably take some time.
The word of the Denver war room reaction after JJ was picked days it all. Payton panicked and cried for Bo. [Reply]

Many advanced scouts had them both ranked similar. Bo was a 2nd to 3rd rounder that Denver got desperate for after missing out on JJ so they said "Let's Reach" [Reply]
The Bo shit sounds just like the Mac Jones stuff from Patriot homers. ACCURATE!!! LOOK AT THE TD TO INT RATIO!! THE COMPLETION PERCENTAGE! CAN DO THINGS BRADY COULD DO!!@ SMART!!! THE DRAFTNIKS!!!
You morons realize QBs like Mahomes, Brady, Manning, and Brees are one of a kind and MAKE Head Coaches right....you do realize that don't you? When you combine the Elite QB with the Elite HC like Reid or BB...you get a dynasty. Something Denver will never experience. [Reply]
For everyone still criticizing the Broncos taking Bo Nix at No. 12, Sean Payton knows QBs WAY BETTER than you. If Sean likes Nix, there's a reason and a plan behind it.

Oh wait, somebody in the comments already did it for you:
Sean Canfield, Garrett Grayson, Tommy Stevens, and Ian Book are the QB’s Sean drafted. Definitely knows more than me, but maybe not more than the rest of the league.

Having the best playoff DC in modern history doesn't hurt, either.
Veach has had it pretty easy. Has a GM ever been dropped into a cushier job than Veach?
General Reach-a-ton has had countless opportunities and has made his own bad decisions.
Aside from an easy layup pick in Surtain and Meinerz/Bonitto showing potential, he’s been bad.
Browning, Dulcich and Moss all brokedicks, Mims had every opportunity to get on the field and barely did much on offense, Mathis sucks and Drew Sanders was so bad at ILB they moved him to OLB and then turned around and drafted Jonah Ellis.
All you have to do is look at the drafting of both GM’s to see who is better. [Reply]

Let's not forget all the poor decisions about trading away draft picks. Might the Broncos have been better off with Lock, Fant, and the 2 firsts and 2 seconds rather than Russell Wilson? He sure thought they'd be better off with Wilson than those players and picks, so that has to factor into his drafting ability too. Then we have to consider the picks they gave up to get Payton as their coach. The jury is still out on that one, but they have a long way to go to make that trade pay off. [Reply]
