I ate lunch at when pigs fly in Wichita. It was passable. Their sides were really good but the meat was meh. Wife said the pork was really good but the ribs were kinda dry and tough. Their seasoning was really good on the outside. Like really good.
I wish I would have got the brisket.
I don't often comment on it but the service was really good. [Reply]

That image freaks me out and reminds me of a childhood 4th of July BBQ accident where most of the family ( 8 kids) got burned, even the pregnant mom. My gf was physically scarred for life. [Reply]

I just pulled 4 racks of ribs off the PBC. If I would have known you were in the mood for BBQ, you could have came over. I guarantee my ribs are better than When Pigs Fly's. [Reply]

LOL. Thanks man. My 3 year old would have demolished your entire house. It's just what she does.
I'm doing firebirds for supper. It's going to cost a million dollars but it's always been good when I've had it. [Reply]
Ribeye, grilled lobster tail, roasted potatoes, and asparagus. I had to redeem myself after burning the steak last weekend. Lobster tail was overdone, but it still tasted great. That was my first attempt at doing that after seeing my brother-in-law do it during Christmas. [Reply]
