Colorado sports seems to be doing okay outside the Bronc…
I was reading The Ringer's draft preview and they have an article about each team's needs. Most teams have very specific needs: edge rusher; offensive line; linebacker, etc.
Denver? Denver's needs are described as 'Good players'. Denver's needs are so many the author does not specify. They needs are so broad they need 'good players'. I couldn't stop laughing. Bronc fans, enjoy watching Payton oversee another losing season. Couldn't happen to a nicer team.

I'd probably lean toward extending Bolles rather than drafting his replacement, but if a wunderkind LT fell into our lap I wouldn't be opposed to going that route.
'The two best offensive teams from 2007-2019 were us and the Saints' - Ernie referenced this as teams he watched the most. Said on a nice snowy February day he'd sit down and pour over Saints tape. 'I'd grind it out, one play at a time'
You have to constantly reminisce about the good ol' days with Payton in NO, because there hasn't even been a hint of him repeating that success in Denver. [Reply]

Drew Brees was fucking good. A Hall of Fame QB (your words not mine) and an offense full of "elite" weapons (again your words not mine) in Russ, Javonte, Judy, Sutton, Mim, Bowelcut....and Payton’s offense was a pile of huge donkey shit. Oof. [Reply]
