How did Paton not know the shit that went down in Seattle
Teams NEVER trade their franchise QB unless they know something other teams do not. [Reply]

While the Denver Broncos had some conversations about the possibility of going after QB Kirk Cousins, they are not going to be pursuing him if he hits free agency, per sources.

Penner Envy isn't Clark. He didn't grow up in the business, and it will take him a really long time to figure out effective ownership. It's just not as easy as going out and getting the best available name you see. People forget that once upon a time Snyder hired the best coaches he could. Super Bowl winners, college stars, Marty, and a fair chunk of rando coordinators from other teams.
Plus the Denver fans can act like they love the Broncos all the want, but I doubt they'll ever band together to hire an airplane banner on gameday. They'll just sit there like dickless morons wondering why their team can't seem to draft any stars or find an effective QB in spite of hiring a so-called QB whisperer like Payton. [Reply]

I forget.
It's different when it's something they actually did. They all spent the better part of 2 years posting about how smart it was. They're all fucking morons though. [Reply]

Ownership sourced out the QB and HC search. The criteria? Get me big names to compete with KC. It's why Paton hasn't been fired yet. He's just a puppet. You can't make this shit up... [Reply]
