I actually like Sean Payton but this is your reality now broncos, it's going to be purgatory because Payton is too good to lose for a significant enough of time to rebuild... [Reply]

And too bad to actually win anything significant. [Reply]

It'll happen after the draft.
I think he’s the fall guy after this season goes to 9 straight losing seasons is it? PaidATon is keeping him around to fall on the sword mid season to next season. [Reply]

Dunno. But, it’s not like Paton is beloved… just cut it off. [Reply]
:-) Remember when that dipshit Slowmo said the Broncos were 'lucky' they gave away their 2023 1st in a 'weak' class? Could've had Jalen Carter or Devon Witherspoon, both outstanding building blocks for any defense.
Or perhaps they could've kept Justin Simmons and friends if they'd drafted Charles Cross to bookend their OL instead of blowing 87 Million on Mike McGlinchey. [Reply]
Seriously. Saying the Broncos flushed two firsts and two seconds down the drain in the Wilson trade doesn't do it justice. They ended up being 9, 40, 5, and 37. :-) Imagine what an actual competent GM like Veach could've done with that draft capital. [Reply]

They could have at least traded Simmons for picks last year when it was obvious Denver wasn't close to competing.
Just one bad decision after another for Georgio [Reply]

Sean Payton just doesn't seem like a guy who wants to do a rebuild. He basically quit on the Saints because he no longer had a QB. Paton has been an awful GM but why is here still there? So strange. Who would have thought the Raiders would be a better run team. Wild times in Denver. [Reply]
