I've been struggling with potassium and protein for the past year. Doc is putting me on a potassium supplement now, so my focus I guess needs to be on the protein. [Reply]

I do. The issue is my nightly treatments wash out potassium and protein, so I need more of that than is usual. And despite my enhanced BMI, I don't actually eat very much daily. I did great on the protein until they changed my bloodwork goals last year. Haven't hit goal since. [Reply]
