Sure Tater, come on back for another couple years, what could go wrong? :-)
If the barer of the one ring lowers his price tag and follows directions within the game, there is no reason he can't be the QB while other holes on the team are filled. [Reply]

Bet Elway cared a ton. Handing it to one of your biggest rivals who just passed your franchise in SB wins is far worse. [Reply]

Nothing about tater's demeanor suggests lowering his price tag. Of course, I could be wrong. Who knows? [Reply]

That's the funniest thing about it. As a former player, and front office man,you KNOW it bothered him. I've done some of the dumbest shit in my life while I was drunk. But I bet I never felt as fucking embarrassed as he did when he sobered up the next day and someone showed him a video of what he did.
I bet that fucker checked into rehab immediately after. [Reply]

Warner's first year as a starter was a year after Elway retired. Are you saying we can't compare their numbers?
If your guy were as awesome as you want to believe, you wouldn't have to dodge questions. The facts would speak for themselves. Like they do for Mahomes.
Over Elway's first 10 years, there were 15 QBs that started at least 80 games. Elway ranked 14th out of 15 in passer rating, beating only Jay Schroeder. [Reply]

Elway played his entire career after the Mel Blount Rule. He wouldn’t last a second in Len Dawson’s NFL
Look at his 1991 campaign. 13TD and 12INT with post-Blount rules is terrible. Lenny had better numbers in the 1960s when headshots on quarterbacks was still legal

He'll just have to console himself with his solid gold house, his solid gold rocket car, 3 Super Bowls as player and GM, and his former Raider Cheerleader wife. [Reply]
Fouts was great but for the AFC West I think there is an honorable mention of Montana, Plummer, Fouts, Stan Humphreys, DeBerg, A. Smith, Morton and maybe put Rivers on the HM list as well. This all off the top of the head. Didn't really try to pin it down. [Reply]

Actually bro...he doesn't drink anymore from local accounts. John Elway has converted, if I understand correctly, to Mormonism. [Reply]

This is the way I see it...whatever the Broncos will want him to lower his price tag to...will be more than he'd get anywhere else assuming Cleveland doesn't want him (LOL). [Reply]
KC is literally set up for a decade of competing for championships. Meanwhile in pile high that roster is pure garbage with little wiggle room cap wise to improve. We also know George Paton is absolutely awful at drafting legit talent. Especially at important positions.... [Reply]
