Joe Burrow was throwing to maybe the best group of wide receivers in NCAA history. He ended up being OK.

Burrow also didn't have an injury history in college and look at him now ending 2 of his first 4 NFL seasons injured. Whoever drafts Penix is going to get a good/great QB. I hope it isn't Denver.
