Because PM2 is right handed and 75's man is raising his right hand, there is too much distance for the d lineman to tip it. Now if PM2 were left handed then I can see a chance of that happening along with the d-lineman raising his left hand as well.

I’d say the biggest problem on that pay was Harris’ poor block. Had he done just a little bit more Mahomes would have had enough time to make the play. But had Mahomes ran that play at an elite level he still could have gotten it off.
