Pretty shocking that there's 182 homicides last year in a metropolitan area with 2 million people. In the UK there were 590 homicides last year but our population is 67 million. And we've got a lot less Jesus than you've got.

If the government gave every resident of UK a gun tomorrow the murder rate would go up but it would be small and nowhere near the USA gun murder rate. Its culture and mainly upbringing. I'm certainty willing to ban guns, especially rapid fire guns, but that's not even going to make a dent.
