It's a really weird decision to bench your quarterback when you still have a chance at the playoffs. I know it's a small chance, but giving up sends a really bad message. Rusty isn't the biggest problem on that team (this year). [Reply]

It's the smart move assuming they don't think they can win anything meaningful with Russ. Gotta make sure that the journey forward isn't any worse than it has to be with that awful contract. And there's a chance that with Stidham there isn't even really a dropoff. [Reply]
