Okay, here is a place for the Golfers to talk about tournaments, clubs, swing help or thoughts.
Today is the Players Championship, which I think ought to be the 5th Major. Largest pot in the PGA. The daunting 17th, which seems to bring excitement every year. At least we will get to see Sergio blow up yet again.

True, when I see final rounds in the -17 scores or so you know it’s to easy.
I think it will come down to DeChambeau or Mcilroy. [Reply]
I hate the wire grass. It brings to much luck into the game. There's some luck when it comes to lies you get in the rough but the wire grass makes luck even more of a factor. And then I understand the greens and false fronts and false sides and false backs but you shouldn't hit it on the green and then have it roll off into a native area like what happened to Rory. That was messed up. [Reply]

There is always a little bit of luck in every golf round. Even as a low handicapper I am surprised you feel that way. [Reply]

I think Pinehurst is one of the most overrated US Open courses. I loved Valhalla. Very beautiful and rewarded almost every good shot. There is a reason McIlroy and DeChambeau are leading with these dumb turtle shell greens. They just bomb it as far as they can and hit the shortest iron in they can which has a much better chance to hold the green.
I like watching Dechambeau but he's gotten very lucky with the lies in the waste areas when he misses the fairway. But having it head to head with Rory and Bryson has got to be the golf producers dream. [Reply]
