Nice looking grub boys. Those burnt ends look goddamned delicious. Just goddamned delicious. I can't kick out burnt ends like that with my cheater rig.

Gates sauce is legit.
Why not? If you send the point back for another hour sometimes more, it works perfectly. And that's exactly how I do them on all my grills, "cheater", charcoal, or wood.
