I just feel like everyone is going to spend all week talking about Mahomes' ankle or Burrow being a Demigod or Chase against this young secondary or Lou Anarumo being a psychopath...and then in the end it's just going to Samaje Perine bludgeoning Bolton and Gay to death.

Yeah. The biggest annoyance is how they "think" this or that will work out and despite the numerous times it didn't/doesn't, they keep trying half measures.
They'll probably tweak the Oline with mostly what they have in the building and think that will work out and they'll probably focus on defense in the draft and free agency.
It's pretty much up to the star players to overcome the front office and coaching ineptness.
Meahwhile...they waste another year of Burrow and some pretty damn good play from a few guys.
Wash, rinse, repeat.
I don't see too much changing from this type of season. Lighting in a bottle in '21, that doesn't usuallly happen on the regular. [Reply]

lol. If "deserve" had anything to do with anything. You would never get to enjoy a single sporting event.
Is this the all up non-playoff thread or just specific for the arguably MVP and triple crown winner who still found a way to represent their community and fanbase as perpetual losers for eternity? [Reply]
