NFL trade deadline has passed. #Broncos coach Sean Payton said yesterday team wasn't "remotely" shopping anyone. Win over Kansas City changed things and Broncos move on with what they have. Players are plenty optimistic. After all, Javonte Williams is talking Super Bowl.
Broncos were never moving Pat Surtain II without breathtaking compensation. It was more of a national story linking his name. I I thought a receiver like Jeudy might be moved. It appears #Broncos were unmoved by offers. Also, the win over the Chiefs, giving Denver two victories…

We've already been rebuilding.
New ownership.
New front office.
New coach.
A bunch of young and new players.
When we talk about the life cycle of a team the Broncos have been teetering between forming, storming, and norming. No team will get to performing if they're constantly teetering between those three phases. So this idea that they need to go scorched earth is exactly the thing that they don't need to do. [Reply]

You are wrong. The key positions have band aids at best. [Reply]

You'll just move on to the next retread Coach/QB and won't turn anything meaningful till Paton is fired. You realize that right? Dude is desperate so will continue to mortgage the future for short term washed up bandaids [Reply]

No it's bc we gifted them turnovers.
The scoring drives were all at the 50 at worst. They went 99 yards cumulatively j in those 3 drives, so 33 yards avg a drive.
Russ threw the ball further than 10 yards only 4 times. They relied on running the ball, playing a clean game and holding us to FG's he red zone.
It was 14-9 when Hardman muffed that goddamn punt with 11 mins left in the game. ****ing Mecole man.. [Reply]
Chiefs fans I think overreacted a bit to this loss but Denver fans are overreacting to the win for sure. Russ was 12/19 and you only scored 17 points off of 5 turnovers. that's not great, the takeaway definitely shouldn't be that the broncos are really in better shape than you were week 7 [Reply]
