I’m not 100% convinced about Williams or Maye, but any GM drafting top two has to take a QB. I’m wondering that it may be better to finish #3 and be “forced to settle” for the only sure player in the draft. [Reply]

Look at the Panthers schedule and tell me where you see 2 wins. I don't think they win more than 1 gam. I think the #1 overall pick is gone after that win.
Then you have the Cardinals. That team might not win another game either. Their schedule is also worse than the Broncos looking ahead.
I think the Broncos best bet is #3 overall, and even that might take losing games that they should honestly win. [Reply]

I came here specifically to ask this question. The guy has been ejected twice in seven games for targeting guys in the face, and fined in a third game. He's intentionally trying to injure people.
The fact that the refs ejected him today tells me that they were told to keep an eye on him and not tolerate cheap shots. I think there's a realistic chance that he'll actually get suspended for a couple of weeks, but that's got to be really rare for a guy to get suspended for on-field incidents that aren't fights. When is the last time that happened? [Reply]

I mean, the last time I can recall this happening was when an entire defense got under-the-table payments from the coaching staff for targeting and deliberately hurting players...
