Payton is tanking on purpose. It's already reported that they will cut Russ before the deadline to save money next March on a guaranteed year.

The Broncos may suck but at least Michael Burton is still in the league. He looked pretty good on his tackle after Reid's interception. I'm sure he'll get to rack up a few more tackles before the season ends.
