Okay, here is a place for the Golfers to talk about tournaments, clubs, swing help or thoughts.
Today is the Players Championship, which I think ought to be the 5th Major. Largest pot in the PGA. The daunting 17th, which seems to bring excitement every year. At least we will get to see Sergio blow up yet again.
I couldn't believe Scheffler missed that 5 footer on 18 to force a playoff.
Nice to see another first time winner in Jaeger. Very humble guy.
Those greens were tough.
Before today's final round, players were (-56) in total on front nine and an astounding +238 on back nine. I've never seen such a disparity in my life. [Reply]

Apparently the course they were playing is a public course that anyone can play ran by the city of Houston.
Was rooting for Toasty or Tosti. Very powerful swing but he choked hard down the stretch. [Reply]
Is Tosti the guy who yanked a short iron from the fairway into the bunker left of the green? He was spitting mad to his sand shot. Then he proceeded to fluff it out of the bunker leaving a long 15 foot putt for par? That guy swings hard though!
By the way BWillie where has you boy Bry Dechamblow? Haven't heard from him? [Reply]

Well yeah I didn't say he is a great player for a PGA Tour Pro but he's fun to watch. He's 5'6'' and hits the piss out of it. I like watching power and ball strikers not pieces of shit like Patrick Reed.
Bryson is in the LIV Tour now which I don't really follow much so couldn't tell you. [Reply]
That's crazy. I've never played Paynes Valley though I have played a some of the courses in that area. For $300.00 a round I wouldn't like seeing all that dirt and gravel I see in that video. Branson Hills which used to be called Payne Stewart is probably the best deal for the money. [Reply]

Played Payne's Valley & Branson Hills. Enjoyed both, but Branson Hills was definitely not as expensive. [Reply]

I've played Buffalo Ridge Springs and Ozark National and neither is as expensive as Paynes Valley which I think they built on what was John Daly's Murder Rock location. I never played that one either. There's some good golf to be had in that area for sure. Living in Springfield it's just short jaunt down 65 HWY so I've played Branson Hills and Buffalo Ridge several times. [Reply]
