The mighty Bills from Buffalo will take the AFC this year.
For two decades I watched people say the Patriots window was closed, that their time was dwindling, that it was all over… seemingly every time those predictions happened, the Patriots went and won another Super Bowl.
A lot of doom talk simply because we lost to the Bengals in the playoffs. Let us not forget that the Bills watched their brother DIE on the field just a few weeks prior. Their heart was simply not in it. If it had been, the Bills would have captured the AFC last year.
The Bills have won 2 of their last 3 in Arrowhead and they’re ready to make it 3 of the last 4.

Yeah, The Chiefs lost in week one, and did so without Chris Jones, without Travis Kelce, no Omenihu until week 6. The Bills...just looked bad, and what are their excuses? What is there to say-this team is going to get better as the season goes on? The Jets have a good defense, but possibly the worst QB in the NFL put up enough points to beat you?
I think they're better than they played, but this is a veteran team. There are no reinforcements coming. There's no reason to expect growth from youngsters or star players returning from injury/hold-outs. The team that lined up on Monday is the team they're expecting to be a Super Bowl team.

He's 34 coming off acl injury, so who knows how effective he'll actually be. Not to mention the fact that by the time he gets back, it'll be a year since he last set foot on the field [Reply]
I see Bills fans are now claiming Allen got concussed a few times in this past game as reason to explain his terrible play. They may never accept he is just not a cerebral enough QB to be the best he can be. [Reply]

Right, makes no sense. They are hopeful that he hides concussions to explain his bad play, yet should he be getting concussions it’s due to him taking unneeded hits and thus hides lots of them, and team ignores them, and this is a good thing? [Reply]

With 4:55 remaining in the 3rd quarter, Josh Allen stumbled forward and while on the ground, was hit in the back of the head by a very large and very heavy Quinnen Williams. The video of the hit is in the tweet below.
1) In the video, you can see Quinnen Williams land on Allens head area. Once Quinnen rolls away, Allen raises his head for a moment, and then lowers his head back down to the turf (perhaps trying to compose himself) before getting back up.
2) The very next play, Allen threw an interception into double coverage.
3) Prior to this hit, Allen was 21 of 25, 1 TD, 1 INT (84% passing)
4) After this hit, Allen went 8 of 16, 0 TD, 2 INT, 1 Lost Fumble (50% passing)
Or it could also simply be coincidence. That is also possible.
