I haven't cared about the Raiders in a long time. But it's still hilarious to watch. Jesus Gruden is handed a $100 million check and immediately starts buttfucking the organization into its current demise by getting rid of any player with any discernible talent. Then, he gets in front of a mic and starts complaining that he doesn't have any good players.

I have thought for years that Gruden fancies himself much smarter than most people from watching his stupid segments where he dissects tape with a QB.

Now I just think he was an average coach who got lucky for three years with Rich Gannon.

Meh I think what Gruden is doing is necessary. He knows he's not winning shit with Carr and that team is going to require a proper rebuild. Might as well eliminate the biggest cap hogs on the roster and start from the bottom up. He's going about this very differently than any other coach would in part because of his 10 year deal. He's just fixing that roster like a guy with that kind of time would.

But I still think he's ****ed. He took the job right when the best QB in NFL history emerged and it just so happened that QB is in his division. Bet he wishes he had taken the job in Tampa after seeing what Mahomes can do.
