Cleanest version of the vid I've ever seen. Does look a bit like a costume. Except the legs. They look like furry legs, not legs inside a suit. There's no flappy/slack material movement. Most of the comments lean towards a costume.

This video has been stabilized before. Not sure why this tweet is acting like this is some new revelation. Furthermore, the history channel due a really good breakdown of the stabilized video a few years ago showing why the stabilization shows more evidence than ever that it was not a suit but a real creature.
