Sauteed Shrimp with garlic onions in Spanish olive oil served in sizzling skillet
Grilled Skirt Steak
Roasted Red Peppers stuffed with beef short rib- this was incredible
Sauteed meatballs in red wine
Wild mushrooms in gravy
Bacon wrapped dates breaded and quick fried
Crispy Potatoes with paprika sauce and light cream
Grilled Octopus with lentils
Catalan Bread with tomato relish and Manchego cheese
That is a magnificent spread! My wife and I went to Barcelona last year and I can tell you those tapas are legit. Croquet's suck but the rest looks fantabulous. [Reply]

Have you ever been to a Spanish tapas restaurant or Chinese Dim Sum? :-)
Not even close to a lot of food-not as much as you think.
Been to Dim Sum in San Francisco when I visited a school friend. Never heard it before that.
I plan to get to a Tapas restaurant this year. We have a great one in Tampa from what friends have told me that went.

Some sort of terrible chicken tikka hot pocket thing. Omelet with chicken... Rigatoni with cheese cream sauce. Then a hot dog in like a hot pocket with some sort of chutney.
All pretty awful, at least I'm waiting on my last flight now and it's short Chicago to KC.
