For once one of your takes is accurate.

Look back at the Detroit/Dallas play-off game. Lions were about to go up two scores late...and they picked up a flag on an obvious PI penalty. It would have essentially ended the game with a FG. They proceeded to barrage the lions with multiple PI penalties which immediately got Dallas into scoring range. That was the most blatant example I've seen...

Pass interference should be a challengeable penalty...but never will. It's too valuable of a "judgment" tool....and can swing games late.
Pass interference can be challenged in the CFL.
Same shit though - blatant infractions still get overruled when they don't want to show up the officials, or make games "interesting".

One of the worst examples of biased officiating to influence results was Pittsburgh's SB win over the Seahawks. Ghost infractions against the Seahawks defense to prolong Pittsburgh drives, and when on offense, the token holding calls would come. Cowher and Bettis got their ring.

I still say Santonio Holmes' didn't get both feet down against Arizona either...

The SB against SEA was Denver shooting itself in the foot over and over again. Any moron should be able to see this, I would think.

In that sb, Vince Mcmahon (Goodell) screwed Stone Cold Steve Austin (Denver) over and over and delivered the title to The Rock (Seahawks).

#Broncos didn't score TD on opening drive last year until Nov. 22 at Chicago. Done in twice in two weeks. Offense should be better. #Denver7

I'm more upset that Siemian didn't rebound after that pick. The turnover took the energy out of the stadium and it's the QB's job to regroup and get the momentum back. Siemian didn't do that.

Denver's "historic" defense just gave up 17 to the 49ers.....at home.
