Wait why am I supposed to apologize to him again? Because he’s a stat monkey?

Congratulations, Russ! You’re 2000 Elvis Grbac with half the wins. If only you had a WR as good as Derrick Alexander

Going through 6 straight losing seasons has a way of sapping a team’s confidence when the game is tight at the end or when things go bad. One penalty or turnover can lead to the feeling of, “here we again.” It has been an issue for years.

That’s why that 21 point second half comeback on the road was so huge. Denver didn’t quit when things started snowballing.

The Chiefs had to kick that habit before they started winning. The Jamaal Charles fumble in 2015 was the epitome of that mentality that Denver is trying to get over now.
Considering that Chicago is in the process of blowing yet another 20+ point lead tonight, Denver’s comeback was more a product of Chicago choking.

But keep trying to convince yourself that your shit team has a pulse.

They can afford it with the Panthers pick.

Also, I know everybody is counting the Cardinals out because they've been so tough, but that schedule is brutal. I could easily see them not winning another game.

Really? I’m guessing they’re going to get their second win this weekend.

They aren't beating the Bengals. They don't have the dudes up front to take advantage of Burrow's calf injury. The Bengals could probably win this one giving the ball to Mixon 25+ times.

Seems like I could say the same about the Bengals defense (gives up more YPC than the Cards) and James Conner (higher YPC than Mixon).

I guess we’ll see.

I’ve heard numerous times that Maye is #1b and so close to Williams that he’d go first in any other draft, but I’m not really sure why. Penix looks like 10x the QB, but obviously has the injury history. Maye has kind of a weird delivery and all his highlights seem to be throwing to wide open WRs. I guess he’s big?

Exhibit A for those who claim that Q Joe is just a troll. Nope….he actually is this delusional. Now that he can’t blame it on coaching or injuries, it’s Denver’s mentality that’s holding them back. :-)

He probably doesn’t even realize how hard national analysts would laugh at his roster comparison. Here’s what they’d say:

QB - KC
RB - KC
TE- KC
OL - KC
WR - Denver

DL - KC
LB - KC
DB - KC
K - KC
P - KC
Coaching staff - KC

And frankly, the only reason Denver gets the nod at WR is that Toney’s injury-prone and Rice is being incorporated slowly. Rice will have a better career than any Denver WR.

Fat Russell = Joe Flacco, Trent Dilfer, Jeff Hostetler, etc.

Game manager QB's whose Super Bowl win was entirely a byproduct of a great defense.

I think Tyler Palko could have won that SB in Seattle.
