That's a major score. Nice work. What prompted you to buy it in the first place? [Reply]

Why would anyone hop on a short squeeze? I thought about shorting it now that it's primed to tank in a month. The last short squeeze was volkswagon in 2008. Look how long the peak lasted... [Reply]

I've been buying stocks that haven't recovered yet but I think will recover to at least their February 2020 highs when things go back to normal, at which point I plan to unload - AMC, Cinemark, 3 oil cos, 2 cruise lines, Delta. I only had $10k of AMC because I knew it could go bankrupt and that's the most I was willing to risk.
I put most of the winnings in index funds but bought some Nokia and AMCX (the TV channel) for fun. Nokia way up, AMCX way down. [Reply]

I am down a bit over $200K today (driven largely by one stock where I have a “mandatory” high concentration). Did I win? Is winning the right word here? [Reply]

I forgot to include my stock options. With those included the daily loss is around $350k. I am an optimist and this just means I will have some nice gains in the future as the stock (eventually) rebounds. [Reply]
