Okay, here is a place for the Golfers to talk about tournaments, clubs, swing help or thoughts.
Today is the Players Championship, which I think ought to be the 5th Major. Largest pot in the PGA. The daunting 17th, which seems to bring excitement every year. At least we will get to see Sergio blow up yet again.

It's called professionalism and then nobody likes a quitter. His sponsors probably expect him to try and compete as well. JT hasn't been the same since his grandpa passed away. He seems lost without that influence. [Reply]

Well yeah thats when you make up an injury. Slept on your neck wrong. Hurt wrist. Lower back pulled muscle. It's not that hard. I've never understood the mantra never quit. Quit when it will help you save time and resources and money. [Reply]

He can shoot 73 or 74 and still win easily.
It’s gonna take an epic collapse.
I dunno. He’s in some serious trouble on the 4th. I’d like to see him do it though. [Reply]

You want to do away with putting so I doubt anyone will be listening to your advice. [Reply]
Yeah Harman is a guy that usually has a high floor, low ceiling. He was never going to lose this unless Rahmbo shot 63 again. Harman hits it straight, low, short, and is a great putter. I don't think he can even shoot worse than 74. Just a boring golfer. Won't make any difference in the golf world ever again after this one. [Reply]
Harman is 12 for 12 from 6 to 10 feet this week. That is incredible. I would likely be 0 for 10 or at best 1 for 10. Rory went all day missing all of those putts.
Harman was also 54 of 54 inside 5 feet this week as well. He missed his first 5 footer of the week just now. Insane. [Reply]
The place was packed and it was pretty difficult (and unpleasant) to follow Rory around the course because of it so I generally either followed a lesser known group or stuck to a hole or two. #17 was easily the best viewing experience of any hole all week. The wind didn't really blow for more than one day though (Friday), so that hole was a lot less interesting than it could have been. [Reply]
