Aleppo is excellent. I just got a bag of Calabrian a couple months ago. That stuff is outstanding, too.

This is a terrible way to "eat healthy," especially if you're trying to lose weight.

Substitute a chicken breast for the rice. A lot more bang for your buck and you won't be hungry in an hour.

Dude. I'm not that damn worried about it. I'm just looking at calories and simplicity to prepare. It took me like 8 minutes walking into the kitchen cold.

done feeling sorry for myself so i have a pork roast in the slow cooker. small bit of brown vinegar and brown sugar at the bottom. garlic salt and pepper. layered fresh sliced pineapple, mango, and nashie pear covering all four sides. only got seven hours to go. smells great already :-)
