woah, Meisha Tate almost missed the 10am deadline to weigh in. The NSAC said they probably would have forced the UFC to pull her from the card if she didn't make it to the scale on time.
Oh, and Hendricks did not make weight. Shocking, I know.
edit: Tate literally weighed in at the last minute. She got on the scale at either 9:59am or 10:00 [Reply]
So, given that they decided to put the Tate fight on top of the PPV, what do we think the odds are that Ronda Rousey will go into the cage and challenge the winner to fight in New York? 98%, or 99%? [Reply]

Yep, Rousey will be there and show her ass. Tate beating Holm is the best thing that could have happened to her. If Rousey beats Tate, I doubt Dana puts his cash cow back in with Holm for a while. [Reply]

That guy is a 30 for 30 waiting to happen. If he gets a 2 year suspension I bet he completely goes off the rails (or back on them) [Reply]

Think it had more to do with Hunt and a Lesnar that hasn't fought in 5 years potentially slogging through a 5th round?

Only championship fights SHOULD be 5 rounds.:-) [Reply]

I'm fine with main events going 5 rounds. Generally if you have a card on free TV, then the main event should have potential contenders on it, guys who might be able to challenge the champ someday. In that case, I want to know how they can handle fighting in the championship rounds, when its so much harder to outpoint the other guy and go to a decision than it is for a 3 round fight. [Reply]
