That's my dinner, minus the brownies. But I made a trip by the Jewish food festival in town this morning, so I've got some strudel on the counter.

The agave glaze is pretty much what's in my post. I used it because that's what we usually have on hand as it's slightly lower in cals/carbs than honey, but I'm certainly not opposed to using honey when trying to offset some heat. What's readily on hand usually dictates my ingredient choices.

Not enough to sway me one way or another. I do prefer the consistency of agave nectar from a glaze standpoint.
