If you have fightpass, the featured fightpass prelim is soon and should be a good fight. Theodorou is a good prospect, and Alvey is a one-dimensional knockout puncher. [Reply]
Interested in the Steve Bosse fight. This is based solely on his precious fighting career... on the ice! Let's see if it translates to the octagon. [Reply]

I hope no one heeded that advice. It was a trap, ending with the arena loudly booing. [Reply]
Good lord, Bosse vs O'Connell was God Damn madness. FOTN for sure, there's no way the last 2 fights will beat it. If you skipped this card, try to find that fight on the internet and watch it. I have no clue who should win the decision, either. [Reply]
170 looks like a good home for Cerrone. He looks smooth and powerful. That Bosse O'Connel fight was crazy, best fight of the year so far. JoJo Calderwood fought like she was on a mission. [Reply]
Zuffa has accepted a bid of $4.2B for 100% of the UFC. The new owners will be WME-IMG (california), Dalian Wanda (china), Tencent Holdings (china), and Robert Kraft [Reply]

So Dana gets somewhere in the neighborhood of $380M and gets to keep his job. Life is hard. [Reply]
From what I'm reading, most of the money came from the chinese companies, but Robert Kraft and WME-IMG will act as the face of the ownership group. Dana White will be given shares in the company to stay on in his current role, and they will pick a new CEO to replace Lorenzo Fertitta. It looks like that could be Garry Cook who is currently running the international side of the UFC. [Reply]
