Actually, he did post a 70+ game under Hackett. Once. Against the same Raiders defense. Sandwiched in-between several losses and horrible performances.
He threw zero TD passes in that game. I said Russ never had a comp% over 70 and multiple TD passes in the same game with Hackett, which he didn’t. [Reply]

In the first game vs the Raiders last year, he had 3 total TDs and a much better overall game. On the road. :-)
