Weird thought - when a team like the Mets has such an inferior pen couldn't you go head hunting (ribs/back) for their pitcher and attempt to take him out mentally/physically? Not saying we should/would ever do it, however from a strategic standpoint it would seem to be one way to swing the chances of victory into your favor. Does that happen much?
