Another poor quality photo of ramen from me, but I waited 45 minutes in the cold for this bowl. Their broth is a 45 hour process made with Berkshire pork bones. Wife's friend who is visiting for the weekend called it one of the best meals she's ever had and wants to go back today before her flight out.
Making Swedish Sausage today. Very traditional Holiday sausage called potataskorv or Juleskorv. Will sun it through the stuffer in about an hour. Great food. [Reply]

My mom's Beef Stew—a beefy tomato-y broth. I added the corn and more veggies. Buttermilk biscuits and a garden salad.
Salad uses leafy green lettuce, red pepper, shredded carrots, grape tomatoes, cukes, avocado, black olives and purple onion. I used 4 Season's Zesty Italian dressing with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
It turned out to be warm here to today for a dish suited for colder weather. Oh well!

BEP makes what looks like some great food, but here's the question.....
I order to ear her food you have to sit with her at a table, directly across from her. Just you and her. The meal lasts an hour. Would/could you do it? [Reply]
