Okay, here is a place for the Golfers to talk about tournaments, clubs, swing help or thoughts.
Today is the Players Championship, which I think ought to be the 5th Major. Largest pot in the PGA. The daunting 17th, which seems to bring excitement every year. At least we will get to see Sergio blow up yet again.

A lot of you are probably thinking, "hmmm, 95? Who cares?" Well, I do for one...lol. When I used to play a lot, I shot in the mid-low 90s all the time, with the occassional high 80. It's probably been 4 years or more since I broke 100, so I'm pretty excited and would play every day now if I could.
95 is solid...
I look at it this way...if one were to bogey each hole on a golf course, you're hitting 90 (on a par 72). For someone that doesnt drive the ball 300+ yards on the fly and has a full time job, and plays golf (in a good year) about 6-8 times. That's pretty solid golf.
Anytime I break 90, I figure it's like breaking 200 in bowling. It better than average but not anywhere near the 'elite' of the sport.
I was on a tear a couple of years ago and was playing in the mid low 80's but Im back to earth shooting 90-95. [Reply]
