So, in other words, Denver should win the division, right?

HOF-bound QB, offensive guru at HC who can match what Reid does, and we know you think the defense will be vastly superior to KC’s.

13 wins minimum? Is that fair?

They’re not even close to one of the worst OL’s in the league. Bolles, Powers, Meinerz and McGlinchey are all solid starters. Cushenberry is the only question mark, but Payton must see something in him because - other than using a 7th round pick on a center - they made no effort to replace him in the offseason.

Or MAYBE (and I'm just spit balling here) they don't have the first fucking clue what they're doing....

I did notice that you didn't try to dispute his assertion that Wilson is one of the worst QB's in the league.....maybe your eyes are opening just a tiny bit

I could see Denver making a 2013 Chiefs-type push by running the ball, getting a few lucky takeaways, and overall playing solid defense (at least for the first half of the season).

The problem with making them a playoff team is Bowe was a far better and more established receiver than anything on your roster, and Alex Smith did a ton to keep the offense efficient (even if it struggled at times).

Russ isn't Alex Smith. He doesn't have his size, and he can't scramble like Alex could. He can still be a threat to run, but he's got it in his head that he's now a pocket QB and refuses to be a tiny run-around guy, which is when he's always been at his best. He's going to be less efficient and he's going to turn the ball over more than Alex did, too. Plus, the Chiefs 2013 schedule was an absolute cakewalk. Denver's isn't the worst, but they still have to play a whole bunch of really good AFC teams.

Denver ain't getting those 11 wins the Chiefs had that year, that's for sure. They'll be lucky to hit 9.

A few of them have #1 WR potential. To say that none of them are even #2 caliber is utterly laughable. Especially coming from the person who thought that Sutton/Jeudy/Patrick/Hamler was a top notch receiving corps. :-)
Toney absolutely has WR 1 ability. It just remains to be seen how many games he plays a year.

So if you want to dismiss him as a brokedick, fair enough.

But calling him a 2 or 3 after looking at his highlights...

Sean Payton has been one of the best HC’s in the league for nearly two decades. He obviously knows what he’s doing. Fixing the OL was his number one priority when he got here. He spent big money on a new RT, a LG and even brought in two blocking TE’s in Manhertz and Trautman. Denver had the cap space to replace Cushenberry had they wanted to.

Sorry to disappoint, but we actually just cut our HOF QB Kendall Hinton.

Bolles certainly has enough crayons these days - they are always on sale at the Walmart. This should help the O-line tremendously.

Bolles has looked really bad this preseason Knowmo. Even you can't deny that.

And he's going against Maxx Crosby next week.

Dude… McGlinchy

Any questions about McGlinchey center on his ability in pass protection. In his five NFL campaigns, McGlinchey has never managed to exceed a season-long 70.0 PFF pass-blocking grade. According to PFF’s stable pass metrics, McGlinchey ranks in the 26th percentile in grading on true pass sets — an alarmingly low number for a full-time starting tackle. This past season, he earned a 65.4 PFF pass-block grade, which ranks 56th among offensive tackles and 22nd among right tackles.

This incapability in pass protection was on full display during the Niners' recent playoff run, during which McGlinchey gave up 10 of his 40 pressures in just the divisional and conference championship games. Most will remember Micah Parsons’ performance in the divisional round, in which he finished with five pressures against McGlinchey, including one that sent him to the turf.

And Bolles

23. GARETT BOLLES, DENVER BRONCOS

Bolles’ 90.6 PFF grade in 2020 seems like an outlier at this point. But if he is healthy for the 2023 season, then he’s still a top-25 tackle in the NFL. He has produced a PFF grade of 72.0 or better in all six of his seasons and was able to get his penalty count more under control in 2020 and 2021 after a difficult first three seasons in the NFL in that regard.

The stakes really couldn't be much higher for the Broncos' strategy at the tackle positions. Should this duo fail to hold up in pass pro, the Russell Wilson reclamation project will be fated to fail.

Just because YOU say something doesn’t make it correct, and matter of fact it usually means the exact opposite.

Powers has looked like ass this preseason, both your tackles suck and are bottom 1/3 of the league, your Center is questionable at best.

I mean, you keep spewing this bullshit, but refuse to take any sort of bet. Which tells me all I need to know about what you REALLY think about your team!

MAKE THE BET!!
