Imagine being a fan of a shitty team that's floundered in the bottom third for more than half a decade and coming onto the two time(in the last 4 years) world champion's fan board to talk shit.
I never in a million years would've thought it'd be entertaining to go onto a Patriots fan board when we were 2-14. How absurd.
But I'll admit...I was jealous. Jealous as hell. Just not stupid enough to go try to talk shit. [Reply]

Exactly! Add to that, that said team has beaten your team 15 times in a row, a period that is spanned over 7.5 YEARS, and you show up to try and talk shit. :-) [Reply]
Since Knowshit is MIA, I thought that I would share a preseason quote from 2017 after playing the Bears. Looks like 2017 was going to be a good year. :-). [Reply]

Denver has a bottom 7 NFL roster and every single one of us hopes Denver wins enough games this year to stay far away from the top of next years draft.
It’s going to be fun watching them squeak out like 7 or maybe 8 wins.
Cheers, kid!

But they will win 7-8 games and Payton will spend up the bank to overpay average players and keep them there.

I’m still pumped about this season but they’ve really limited what the reporters are allowed to talk about so it’s not as exciting to follow this year.
Russ looks 5 years younger, Bonitto and Cooper look drastically improved (so much so that Frank Clark, who started for KC for half a decade, was getting snaps in the 4th quarter of a preseason game), and Zach Allen is looking better than advertised.
I don’t think there’s a team in the league who has as many “bursty” rushers as Denver does, and that’s without Baron Browning. We might get 60 sacks this year. [Reply]

Ever step back and consider how consistently wrong you've been over the years? Does it make you at all hesitant to predict a complete turnaround every single year?

You've got another 5-6ish weeks to be optimistic [Reply]
