Wylie, Allegretti that you already mentioned. We turned Zach Fulton from a crash post (RIP milkman) guard into a pretty good C. And as maligned and shitty as he was, considering what he was before we got him, Cam Erving was an actual NFL player. I think we even got a comp pick for him?

And I've mentioned this before, but Reid is an excellent teacher. It's an underrated aspect of coaching, especially for head coaches. I've seen videos of him going through technique with linemen and that guy knows his shit.
I'm betting he's influenced Heck as well.
We struck gold with this dude. I absolutely believe a great deal of the OL's success comes from Reid being able to teach them how to play the position and how he uses his own knowledge to scout and evaluate the guys he has. For everything we gain through Reid's schematic excellence, I think we gain just as much from his technical understanding of what these guys go through out there. [Reply]
