I like Denver's QB situation. Both of our QB's are cheap, both of them are young, one of them has proven he can be, at the very least, a good game manager, and the other has almost unlimited upside.
Never change Knowshit. You liked the quarterback situation when it was Paxton and Lynch. We tried to tell you they were shit. But this was your response. Nowadays, you tell us that this super talented team was held back by the very guys that you told us were so great back when they were starting. Now, here you are, trying to prop another bad quarterback. We are still trying to tell you that he sucks, but you refuse to believe us. Just like you did with Ossweiler, Lynch, Semen, Kelly, Bridgewater, and Keesum. Meanwhile, that project quarterback that you laughed at us for settling for after missing Lynch has 2 rings and 2 MVP's, and your team still doesn't have a quarterback as good as Alex Smith, much less capable of competing with Mahomes and the Chiefs [Reply]
Obviously it’s a small sample size in preseason play, but it was pretty cool seeing Minshew (who I wanted) outplay Russ. He would have been basically free. [Reply]

The really hilarious part is Knowmo was kind of right... and it bit him in the ass. Semen was better than most of us gave him credit for. And he actually would have been a way better option had the Donks kept him around.
Which Donk QB has had the best season since 5-head retired? Probably Keesum? Who was second best? I mean... geez, I might have to go with Semen's 2016 year. Not impressive or even what anybody would call good, but he wasn't really ever abysmal, and he stayed healthy for the most part. I'd call him Tyrod Taylor Lite.
Would have saved the headache of bouncing in and out of traded veterans, and he would have been a little bit cheaper. They still could have taken a shot on guys like Lock. Definitely wouldn't say he had a Kyle Orton floor, but given what the Donks were working with? That low expectation non-abysmal QB play would have actually been the better play than trying to fuck around with Bridgewater and Flacco.
And it DEFINITELY would have been better than trading what they did for Russ :-):-):-) [Reply]
