This morning, he and Ciara announced they are expecting their fourth child.

Ciara and his family was at practice.

And Russ had another excellent practice, capped off with a 73-yard TD drive in the two-minute drill.

Longtime defensive end Jared Allen is here today. Eagle-eyed @Jeff_Legwold spotted him yesterday too. He’s done some observing with OLBs and DLs. Spent some time around the team during OTAs, too.
