The other thread is a dumpster fire. I'm sure this will become one as well, but might as well start with a clean slate. I'll at least try to keep the OP updated with any notable news. Feel free to PM me if I miss anything good.
Arrest warrant and potential charges:
Spoiler!
BREAKING: An arrest warrant has been issued for Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice in connection to his involvement in a multi-vehicle crash on U.S. 75 in Dallas in late March, sources tell WFAA. https://t.co/XL3F7oCuW1

Collision involving serious bodily injury -- a third-degree felony -- carries a punishment of imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice of not more than 10 years or less than 2 years. Aggravated assault -- a second-degree felony -- is punishable by two to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
TL;DR, his concern was at a 2, and now it's a 4 (out of 10). Still probably not a huge deal, but there are some concerning possibilities. Overall, though, he thinks it all gets pled down to misdemeanors, he misses a couple of games, and he writes some massive checks to those he injured.

According to that drooling retard Otter, these people were almost killed. They narrowly escaped with their lives and the trauma caused by this will be felt by them and their children for generations to come. [Reply]

This is what happens when people only think of themselves...
Thinking of themselves...like the "victims" and their ambulance-chasing attorneys who are lying about injuries in order to make money? [Reply]

You opened the door for those people... [Reply]

Oh, a concussion, a cut, and some bruises. I wonder what similar injury settlements and judgements look like. I bet medical expenses plus five figures. Asking for seven is some serious ambulance chasing. [Reply]

And “concussion symptoms” are more difficult to independently diagnose… easier to manipulate/exaggerate. [Reply]
Maybe these people are scamming for $$$. Hell, it’s probably even likely, but my God, let’s not forget they’re the victims here who were simply driving safely to arrive at their destination when Rashee Rice and his clown crew ruined their day. [Reply]
