At the time he retired, Elfraud was considered top ten. But many players since have been and are pushing him farther and farther down the list. Currently there are at least 4 active quarterbacks that I would rank higher. Mahomes, Burrow, Rodgers, Allen, and probably even Herbert and Hurts [Reply]

Rodger or Elway? Damn that's tough. Rodgers sure fucked up his chances time and time again ever since he won that SB. And the Packers gave him very good rosters.
He was just a choke artist of the highest order. [Reply]

But I wouldn't put him there just yet. At this point, probably 4th. Montana would be my number one at this point. I would also move Unitas into the top 5. Marino would be just outside the top 5 at 6 at Young behind him at 7. Then Favre, followed by Fivehead, then Rodgers rounding out the top 10
I actually was putting them in order, but I admit that a few might be a stretch. :-)
Otto Graham doesn’t get enough respect in these discussions though. Dude was in the championship game every single year and won most of them. Also had the best stats of his era. [Reply]
Bart Starr had a 9-1 playoff record, was 5-1 in conference championship games, was 2-0 in SB's, and had a 15 TD/3 INT with a 104 rating in the playoffs.
He was on some very talented teams but damn do I find it hard to not put him on this list. He was better than Rodgers IMO. So so clutch.
I think I'd take Kurt Warner over Rodgers and Favre. He wasn't as talented but I trust him so much more than them. [Reply]
I wonder if Favre ahead of Manning is a normal view among non-KC fans. I guess I don't see it, Manning has more yards, more TDs, more SB wins and fewer INTs in fewer years. He also did not lose a Super Bowl to noted horrible QB John Elway. [Reply]
I'd put Kurt Warner in front of Elway. He doesn't get enough love. He went to 3 superbowls, one with a franchise who had been just god-awful for years.
When it's all said and done Mahomes will unanimously be either 1 or 2. [Reply]

If Rodgers wins another SB, it will put him above Brees IMO. [Reply]
