Peyton Manning, 39, threw for just 141 yards in Super Bowl 50; many of his balls wobbled, like ducks. He tossed no touchdown passes, threw an interception and turned the ball over on a fumble. [Reply]

To Broncos fans and anyone who puts Manning above Montana. The Denver Broncos have played in 8 Superbowls and have a total of 4 Touchdown passes in those 8 games. Doug Williams threw for 4 TD passes against the Broncos in Superbowl 22. Doug Williams has as many Superbowl TD passes in one game as the Broncos have....total

It is real. I checked it out. The Donks scored 10 points in Superbowl 12. Their lone TD was a 16 yard rushing TD. Elfraud, I listed his stats above. 3 total TDs in his 5 Superbowls, and then Five head only threw for one in his 2 appearance, for a total of 4 TDs in 8 games, or one less Than Mahomes in just 3. You mean Superfarce 50? Thanking corporate sponsors Papa John's and Budweiser over his own team mates? The most obvious sham season to gift a league figurehead a title he didn't deserve? That Superfarce 50? [Reply]

That is shockingly bad.
4 TD in 8 SBs? How is that even possible?
I mean, the donkos have the distinction of losing the most SBs and also suffering the most lopsided loss in a SB. So it all adds up in making sense. [Reply]
Maybe I just didn’t see him play enough, but I’ve always thought Elway was way overrated. We’re supposed to think he was God-like for overcoming Bernie Kosar a bunch of times before being carried by a loaded roster in his later years?
He may have had elite ability, but all that matters is how he produced on average. And he didn’t produce like a top 10 all-time QB. Definitely not top 5.
What do we always hear about Elway? “He’d do nothing until the last drive and then he’d tear your heart out!” Well, believe it or not, there have been QBs that actually play complete games. And perform far better on the big stage. [Reply]

They didn't throw as much back then as they do today. Dan Reeves' is offenses through the '80s and early '90s were run on first down run on second down Elway bail us out. Elway did all the stuff that mahomes does. Fourth quarter heroics left-handed passes all that stuff. Elway is one of the top five qbs of all time. Patrick mahomes reminds me a lot of Elway. And Patrick mahomes is close to John Elway or Joe Montana that you'll get to in today's league [Reply]

The style of play is very much the same. If you didn't watch it then you don't know. I can get into why all those variances are there and whatnot but I just don't feel the need to educate a bunch of f****** morons. [Reply]
