I think he can keep them relevant in the playoff picture but i don't see him making them serious contenders for SBs. Ben was what kept them there all the years he was there. They've always been a well run organization from the top down,which is why they rarely fall below .500.

KC is a lot like Pitt in that regard now. Good, solid, smart people from the FO to the coaching staff and they have the QB that puts them over the top. The Bengals are still lacking in the FO part. They're getting better but they're not quite at that elite tier yet. The offensive line woes of the last 2 years shows that.
