I've had the best available here for years at a pizza joint, from The Hill in St Louis... but my market shlubs do a very fair version, outside of the spices its so white and clean looking you'd almost think it was ground chicken
I have a jar of just fennel seed and mix it in with the meat if it doesn't already have it, also add it to sauces. I have found a little can go a long way. [Reply]

For some reason my grocery store has had good corn on the cob in stock recently. I usually can't get it at this time of year. So tonight's dinner was corn on the cob, broccoli with cheese, chocolate milk, and a hamburger bun with no hamburger. (I was in the mood for a bun.) [Reply]
