This is the follow-up question that needs to be asked. It's hilarious either way. I can completely see the team just handing out "Uncommon" threads to all the players with no explanation. Players don't know what the hell it means, but they wear it per team policy. Then some of them maybe feel like they are stupid and it must be self-evident, so they try to explain what it means to THEM.
Or maybe the PR department really did introduce the motto with the same explanation that Powers gave. Either way it's comedy gold. [Reply]
